Roger D. Hansen

Roger D. Hansen is currently the Planning Group Chief for a federal water resource agency in Provo, Utah. He has an undergraduate degree in history from Brigham Young University and graduate degrees in civil and environmental engineering from Utah State University, plus minors in other subjects, including chemistry, economics, and French. From this educational background, Roger writes on diverse topics including: Mormonism, technology and ethics, history of water development, Native American issues, organizational dynamics, and travel. He enjoys foreign adventures and has lived in and/or visited and/or worked on five continents and more than forty countries. He is a member of the Mormon Transhumanist Association and is on the local board of Engineers Without Borders.
