Larry Wimmer

Larry T. Wimmer is Dusenberry University Professor of Economics, Emeritus, at Brigham Young University. He has been a member of the economics department since 1963, having received his PhD in economics from the University of Chicago. His essay, “Presiding in Our Homes: Are We Doing Too Much or Too Little?” is derived from a talk given while serving as a member of the Stake Presidency in the BYU Eighth Stake of young married students.

Larry contributed a chapter to Common Ground—Different Opinions: Latter-day Saints and Contemporary Issues.
